My Journey with Design
⚔️ The Battle
My journey with design began when I was in college back in 2011. After college, I moved from Seattle to Dallas to work for an eLearning institute. During my time in Dallas, I realized my passion for product design design and decided to pursue it more seriously. I relocated back to Seattle and started working remotely for a start-up company based in Glenroy, VIC, Australia. I've learned a lot, and I'm always seeking new challenges!
✅ The Decision
I'm fascinated with products, especially digital products. On a typical day, you'll find me obsessing over product interactions, layout, typography, color, and so on. My philosophy on life is to avoid creating complexity where it doesn’t exist and always design with the end-user being centric. At this stage of my life, I couldn't think of doing anything other than design. It's my passion, motivation, and energy.
🔥 Interests
Soccer (Real Madrid)
There’s nothing like watching La Liga Santander derby match on a Sunday afternoon. And for me it’s always the Los Blancos against any rival.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Even though it’s an unforgiving sport there’s still something special about an MMA fight. Find me at the edge of my seat watching a PPV.
Cooking (Rice, Chicken, Vegetables)
…and I don’t just don’t enjoy eating it, but also cooking it. You can count on me whenever you decide to pass by. I can go easy on the spices or dial it up a bit based on how you like or feel. What’s your choice, because mine is a red Jollof Rice mixed with chicken and vegetables.
