Organize & Manage Contacts

Case summary

Burd Logistics, a delivery service company based in Australia was interested in building an app to organize its extensive list of customer information. The old clunky pen and paper clipped to a board wasn't cost effective and employee's weren't working efficiently either.

I was hired as a contractor to join the team, and overhaul the user experience. The old design had many flaws and development constraints — previous India-based developers learned the hard way. A straightforward human-centric approach was needed for developers to implement with minimum constraints.

I was given the opportunity to update the old sketches and wireframes. So, I referred to the research data and also reviewed the old sketch and wireframes to output an optimal solution.
